03 - 1 medium head cauliflower, cut into small florets (about 4 cups)
04 - 2 cups fresh spinach, roughly chopped

08 - 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened

11 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
13 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
02 - Place cauliflower florets in a steamer basket over boiling water. Steam for 6–8 minutes until fork-tender. Drain thoroughly to remove excess moisture.
03 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, dried thyme, sea salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
04 - Add shredded chicken, chopped spinach, steamed cauliflower, and 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese to the egg mixture. Gently fold together until evenly distributed.
05 - Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese and all the parmesan cheese over the top. Dot the surface with small pieces of butter.
06 - Bake for 30–35 minutes until the top is golden brown and the center is set. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving to allow the casserole to set.
